TUSCARAWAS COUNTY: I-77 north and southbound will be restricted briefly this Monday, December 17, about 2 miles north of Strasburg for utility work. Around 10:30 a.m., Charter Communications will be installing an overhead fiber cable over I-77 near the St. Peters Church Rd. overpass. Ohio State Highway Patrol will be assisting with a rolling road block during this work. Minimal traffic impacts are expected, however; motorists are urged to use caution and be prepared for a slight delay in travel.
